I do say in the video that it is a rare book and hard to find. You won’t find it on Amazon… or probably anywhere. You could try Alibris http://www.alibris.co.uk/ but that’s as much research I’m prepared to do for you right now. :)

I found mine on Amazon around 2 weeks ago. I’m using British Amazon (.co.uk) and saw a handful in Used section. mine was £9.00. Great book.
