What’s Up #08: Jason Miller

Jason Miller [millerstudio.us] puts a quirk on the face of modern furniture design. The goal of his work and his studio is to take the mundane and everyday and over conceptualise it into new shapes and forms such as ceramic tiles that look like shipping containers and quilts embroidered in patterns based on webpages. My personal fave is ‘Duct Tape Chair’ which substitutes Duct Tape for soft leather straps.
